Marathon Athen in Zittau

Very tasty food. For us the portions were (unfortunately) way too big. But we have two of them for that Great praise !!!

Strange my review was somehow deleted? Was there 3 times and it was always nothing special, I know much better Greek restaurants. The owner is nice, but unfortunately hardly capable of criticism. Salad plate very simple, made, with only old dry bread .. Food is not well seasoned, rather simply and carelessly served on the plate. All this, some Greek snack bars can do much better. The bottom line here is that food is simple and value for money doesn't really go together. There is still a lot to improve, including the ambience. (I hope the review stops now) Update: I definitely didn't mean another Greek. But confirms my assumption with the critical faculty once more.

Holiday ambience, inexpensive and delicious food, the side salad was not that special but everything else tasted very good, friendly service, no long waiting times

I used the delivery service today ... 1) The soup bowl was just half full (€ 3.50) 2) the mixed salad has seen absolutely nothing out of lots of oil! 3) the garlic potatoes are a bad joke ... ready-made boiled potatoes briefly swirled in oil and the whole opposite of crispy ... And why pay 3 € extra for this, even though the side dish is with the main course ??? 20 € total price The only plus point is punctuality and the tzatziki & the lamb were okay ... Price-performance absolutely not justified!

Simply great. You feel comfortable and are welcomed as if you belong to the family. The food is great. The reception and the service are just nice and friendly. In this special time (Corona) the food is also great, but unfortunately the ambience is missing. Lena time

Very cozy Greek restaurant with friendly staff. The food tastes delicious here and the prices are ok. We like to go here anytime to spend a cozy evening with friends or in pairs. Full marks from me ?
